- Return Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items must have all tags still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: If you are returning an item online, we will have a record of your purchase however it will help us if you can include your order number, name and address in the return.
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
